Refund policy
If you purchase products that have a quality problem within 30 days from the date of receipt, we support a return and exchange service.
Non-product quality issues do not support refunds.
Please check out the following details policies. we've made the return process super easy.
Returns and exchanges are supported in the following cases:
1. If you find that the product has quality problems (functional problems: not working) after receiving the product, we will accept the return of this product after providing relevant pictures and problem descriptions.
And we will pay the freight for re-delivery;
2. When the product is returned or exchanged due to the customer's own reasons, the customer shall pay the freight for returning the product and the freight for re-delivery.
3. If you need to return or exchange the item, please return the item in question or the item that needs to be returned (no need to return the entire order item).
Returns and exchanges are not supported in the following cases:
1. When the product is damaged due to the customer's own reasons, we will not supprot return or exchange service
How to return or exchange?
1.Please send mail to our customer service to reply return or replacement. Mail : szankosn@163.com
2. After the application is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please pack the goods and send them back to the address we provided. Try to use the logistics that can be checked to avoid the loss of goods
Return process:
Send an email to the contact customer service mail for return and exchange registration → provide pictures of the returned product → customer service confirms the return application → return the returned product → return confirmation → apply for a refund or exchange

About refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive your refund on the same account that you used to pay for your order. Your refund will be issued, it usually takes around 7-14 business days (Credit card) or 48 hours (Paypal) for the money to arrive, entirely depending on your credit card company and any intermediarie
